I modeled this sculpture after the 1985 World Percheron Congress Champion Stallion, whose registered name is Valley Vista Knightime, #255906. He is owned by Roddy and Sally Moore of Storey Creek Farm in Ferrum, Virginia. My Goal in creating this piece was to capture this fine physique and bold presence. A black Percheron, "The Knight" is shown here in a more traditional bronze color.
